As Alternative Delivery Methods Group Lead Sponsor, you will guide the expanding Americas Region Alternative Delivery Practice. The work spans full Design-Build lifecycles, strategic teaming, pricing, contract negotiations, joint ventures, and client relationships. Your leadership will support major infrastructure projects from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities:





Drive strategy and execution across the Water Sector Manage complex Design-Build projects from concept through construction Build pursuit teams and shape pricing and contract terms Form successful joint ventures with strategic partners Oversee active Design-Build projects and client expectations Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning, business, or related field Seven or more years in transportation and alternative delivery methods Proven business development success winning major infrastructure projects Expertise in teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations Entrepreneurial, ethical, team-oriented, and inclusive leadership style Bring alternative delivery leadership, business development, and Design-Build expertise to TYLin’s North America Water Sector.
