Lead SAP business readiness and enterprise process transformation at IPEX, supporting deployment across manufacturing plants and distribution centres. This role is based within an enterprise transformation program. The Director, Enterprise Process & Business Readiness leads operational preparation for SAP deployment across IPEX. Reporting to the VP, ERP Business Transformation, this senior business counterpart partners with ERP delivery, change, training, data governance, functional, and site leaders. The focus includes process standardization, stakeholder alignment, readiness measures, deployment governance, and business continuity. Key Responsibilities:





Establish future-state business processes using SAP standard capabilities Lead process harmonization workshops with operational leadership teams Develop enterprise business readiness strategy and contingency plans Lead readiness reviews with executive stakeholders and governance teams Partner on training, adoption, and organizational readiness Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business Ten to fifteen years of progressive leadership experience Experience leading large-scale, multi-year ERP deployments Experience standardizing processes across manufacturing locations Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Apply enterprise process, SAP deployment, and business readiness leadership across IPEX’s manufacturing and distribution network.
