Job description
Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:* Analyze needs and participate in the planning and implementation of solutions related to network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telecommunications and cybersecurity;
* Support the resolution of complex issues affecting telecommunications infrastructures;
* Coordinate technological changes and ensure their alignment with the environments concerned;
* Develop recommendations for the evolution, reliability and improvement of services;




* Ensure consistency of solutions and compliance with organizational standards;
* Produce the required technical documentation, analyses, procedures and other deliverables;
* Contribute to the transfer of knowledge and the development of the expertise of internal resources;
* Carry out mandates related to planning, project management, process optimization and service delivery improvement;
* Carry out interventions in the various facilities as needed.The profile sought is as follows:* Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure;
* Understand multi-site enterprise network environments, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewalls, and segmentation;
* Analyze and diagnose network issues using techniques such as packet capture and incident analysis;
* Administer Cisco network environments and equipment;
* Leverage Fortinet solutions in a telecommunications and security context;
* Understand cybersecurity practices, including flow control, logging, and vulnerability management;
* Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to knowledge sharing.
