The Executive Housekeeper manages daily Housekeeping operations under the Director of Housekeeping/Facilities. This role oversees hotel and Event Centre cleanliness, staff supervision, training, scheduling, supplies, and service coordination. The department aims for picture perfect everywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct housekeeping operations across hotel and Event Centre areas
- Supervise, train, appraise, motivate, and discipline housekeeping staff
- Inspect public areas and cleaned rooms for standards
- Prepare schedules and control daily staffing assignments
- Coordinate guest requests, maintenance work orders, and contractors

Requirements:

- High school diploma or work related equivalent
- Minimum three years hotel housekeeping experience
- Minimum three years supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work wide-ranging shifts and lift approximately 50 pounds
