This Project Coordinator supports complex, high-risk infrastructure projects across CIMA+’s project management team. The work involves multidisciplinary coordination, project documentation, cost control, scheduling, safety, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. Experience with major energy projects is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering complex infrastructure projects safely
- Monitor milestones, resources, benefits, and project activities
- Maintain plans, risk registers, reports, and close-out summaries
- Manage scheduling, costs, quality, changes, procurement,



and compliance
- Communicate with clients, contractors, engineers, and field teams

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering, construction, or a relevant field
- Minimum five years managing major energy projects
- Knowledge of OSH Standards and WorkSafe Regulations
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Analytical, interpersonal, and presentation communication abilities
