Lead creditor insurance distribution at Scotiabank in Toronto through sales coaching, presentations, and regional leadership partnerships. Support Retail Lending teams across channels.

The Senior Regional Insurance Manager supports Contact Centre, Virtual Advice Team, Retention teams, and BNSIA onboarding. You will strengthen sales teams' understanding of creditor protection products, suitability, exclusions, Sales Practices, and policies. The role supports regional business strategies while maintaining regulatory and operational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with Retail and Small Business Banking leaders
- Coach teams on creditor protection products and Sales Practices
- Deliver approximately 25 regional presentations each week
- Assess data, trends, and opportunities supporting regional strategies




- Maintain effective controls, compliance, AML, sanctions, and conduct practices

Requirements:
- Seven or more years of financial services sales experience
- Solid sales management, relationship management, and marketing skills
- Demonstrated presentation, facilitation, influencing, and coaching abilities
- Understanding of insurance, financial planning, and Retail Banking channels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
