Lead Americas Service finance at Mitel through P&L; ownership, governance, and analytical insights supporting strategic executive decisions. As Finance Business Partner for the Americas Service Organization, you will oversee revenue through gross margin. You will improve financial transparency, maintain governance, and report to the Global Head of Service Finance. Spanish or Portuguese proficiency receives priority consideration. Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly actuals and outlook reporting for Mitel management Explain revenue and cost trajectories through variance analysis Prepare P&L; analyses against plan and prior periods Lead Budget, B2, and Midterm-Plan financial processes Coordinate regional governance across Service business functions Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting Five-plus years’ relevant FP&A;, controlling, or accounting experience Robust analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills Experience maintaining governance over key financial KPIs English proficiency; Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous Bring P&L; leadership, financial governance, and analytical expertise to Mitel’s Americas Service finance organization.
