As Assistant Manager, Performance, Training & Implementation, you will support franchisees throughout Canada. The experienced restoration professional will monitor performance, deliver training, and implement consistent processes. Work spans restoration practices, estimating, safety procedures, insurance partner requirements, and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze operational data
- Implement action plans and follow up on established objectives
- Facilitate restoration, estimating, safety, and insurance training
- Coach franchise teams,



estimators, technicians, and project managers
- Coordinate tools, processes, programs, and operational initiative rollouts

Requirements:

- Three to five years in restoration or related operations
- Robust hands-on experience with Xactimate
- College diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of restoration workflows and IICRC standards is an asset
- Ability to travel across Canada when required
