Shape enterprise customer data integration at Air Canada Vacations using Dynamics 365, Bloomreach CDP, and identity resolution expertise. This hybrid role includes four office days and one home day.

As the technical CRM and CDP subject matter expert, you will oversee implementation across reservations, digital channels, and downstream platforms. You will validate data models, ingestion patterns, matching logic, and integration designs. The work supports scalable, secure platforms and reliable post-go-live operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the technical CRM and CDP subject matter expert
- Validate data models, flows, and unified customer profiles
- Define identity resolution, deduplication, and matching rules




- Oversee batch and real-time data onboarding approaches
- Review integration designs and end-to-end data movement

Requirements:

- Five-plus years supporting enterprise platforms as a technical analyst
- Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience
- Experience supporting customer data platform implementations
- Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and file imports
- Bilingual French and English verbal and written communication
