As a Specialist, HSSEQ Investigations, you will investigate workplace incidents, environmental events, and non-compliances. Your analysis supports organizational learning, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across WSP Canada. The work requires investigation expertise, analytical problem-solving, and explicit communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead investigations into workplace incidents and environmental events
- Analyse evidence, data, and timelines to uncover root causes
- Interview stakeholders to gather critical insights and perspectives
- Develop corrective and preventative measures for operational safety




- Present detailed findings to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Six to eight years of investigation or root cause experience
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Strong investigation techniques and analytical problem-solving expertise
- French and English bilingualism required
