Lead strategic interfaces for ALTO High-Speed Rail using stakeholder management and executive-level coordination in a hybrid workplace. Guide critical relationships across Ontario and Québec.

As Specialized Interfaces Manager, you will coordinate senior stakeholders across SYSTRA Canada’s major transportation infrastructure project. The work involves ministries, utilities, railway organizations, municipalities, and public-sector partners. You will align requirements, commitments, approvals, risks, decisions, and escalation processes with project priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic stakeholder relationships across Ontario and Québec
- Coordinate engagement across technical, legal, commercial, and executive teams
- Maintain interface matrices, commitment registers, and decision logs
- Track approvals, dependencies, risks, actions,



and escalation items
- Support negotiations, governance forums, and executive briefings

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
- 20+ years’ stakeholder, interface, infrastructure, or program experience
- Large linear infrastructure experience across rail, transit, energy, or utilities
- Executive briefing, negotiation, governance, and issue-resolution experience
- English and French bilingual capability strongly preferred
