Build Affim’s consumer loyalty program remotely, using product strategy, experimentation, and financial modeling to shape repeat customer engagement.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will create a current rewards experience for Affim Card users. You will define product vision, roadmap, earn and burn mechanics, tiers, member benefits, and personalized engagement loops. The work spans design, engineering, analytics, Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own loyalty vision, hypotheses, metrics, and multi-quarter roadmap
- Launch rewards, tiers, redemption, and value-focused product surfaces
- Build progress, milestone, and personalized offer engagement loops
- Model reward liability, funding mix, incremental GMV, and member costs
- Lead holdouts,



incrementality testing, LTV measurement, and program optimization

Requirements:

- Eight or more years in Product Management
- Consumer mobile, fintech, or neobank product experience
- Experience building loyalty, rewards, or engagement programs
- Financial modeling, experimentation, SQL, or Amplitude-level self-service skills
- Experience shipping regulated financial products and leading cross-functionally
