Operate injection moulding machines, install moulds, and manage production parameters as a Level II Injection Moulding Technician. Work includes quality and safety controls.

The Level II Injection Moulding Technician prints work orders from the IQMS daily schedule and coordinates information across production departments. You will maintain machine operation, monitor resin requirements, and complete production reporting. The position requires mould installation, peripheral connections, and repaired mould testing. You will also inspect produced parts, adjust cycle times, and support corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Print machine work orders according to the IQMS daily schedule
- Install and remove moulds on injection moulding machines
- Connect cooling, heating, safety, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems




- Enter injection parameters and complete mould documentation
- Inspect parts and correct contamination or visible defects

Requirements:

- Three to five years in a similar position or equivalent training
- High school or appropriate technical vocational training
- Basic knowledge of plastic raw materials and drying procedures
- Ability to operate all moulding department machines
- Eligibility for Canada's Controlled Goods Program registration
