No problem We’re looking for someone with exceptional people skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We can teach you the automotive side of the business, but great customer service and the right personality are what matter most to us. What You’ll Do
• Assist guests, technicians, and service advisors with parts requests.
• Learn to identify and source automotive parts.
• Process orders and provide pricing and availability updates.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and daily department operations.
• Deliver the exceptional guest experience Lexus is known for. What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable personality.




• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using computers and learning recent systems.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
