As Risk Manager, Rail & Transit, you will report to the Risk Team Lead within WSP’s Transportation Systems team. The role applies established risk management processes, integrates strategies into project planning, and supports successful infrastructure outcomes. Your work will involve workshops, project controls, risk modeling, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead workshops and meetings to identify, assess, and prioritize risks
- Guide teams in developing effective mitigation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive risk registers in the designated database
- Perform schedule and cost risk modeling




- Deliver actionable risk reports for project decisions

Requirements:

- Minimum eight years of relevant experience
- Five-plus years in project management or project controls
- Experience within civil infrastructure or construction
- Engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills
