Under the Design and Product Development Supervisor, this technician manages color and print approvals throughout product development. The work connects design, technical design, purchasing, production, and supply chain teams. Daily supplier communication supports consistent coloration and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create collection elements in Blue Cherry PLM
- Request lab dips and strike offs from suppliers
- Approve or reject colors and print samples
- Organize fabric, color, and reference samples
- Communicate feedback to overseas suppliers daily

Requirements:

- College diploma in fashion design or equivalent
- Pass the Munsell color perception test
- Solid color vision and fabric knowledge
- Bilingual written and spoken communication
- Basic Illustrator and Microsoft Office proficiency
