As Health Education Manager, you will support AbbVie’s Center of Health Education and Training. You will identify healthcare professional needs, develop customized initiatives, and report to the Senior Manager, Health Education team. The work connects evidence-based education with therapeutic and environmental knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess healthcare professional needs and identify national educational gaps
- Develop strategic health education plans aligned with brand imperatives
- Design measurable strategies influencing knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors
- Manage timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and execution




- Analyze data and communicate deliverables, impact, and insights

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science or healthcare discipline
- Health Education and Adult Learning Principles experience is an asset
- Canadian healthcare and accreditation knowledge is an asset
- CHE certification required within one year for CHE activities
- Strategic, analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
