The Customs Compliance Officer supports Canadian and international customs compliance at L3Harris. The work covers customs brokers, import/export regulations, tariff classification, origin determination, valuation, and duty management. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, government agencies, and external partners while supporting audit readiness and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain customs, import/export, and trade regulatory compliance
- Guide classification, origin, valuation, duty, and trade programs
- Oversee customs broker performance and governance
- Review transactions,



documentation, and customs records
- Support audits, investigations, disclosures, and government requests

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in a related field
- Minimum five years’ customs, trade, logistics, or forwarding experience
- Solid knowledge of international trade compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of tariff classification and Free Trade Agreements
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods and required security clearances
