As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage recruitment from intake through hire for professional and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers, candidates, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues. The work emphasizes recruitment strategy, candidate assessment, advisory support, and consistent candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through pre-employment activities
- Partner with hiring managers on needs, requirements, and recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks
- Conduct screens, structured interviews,



and candidate recommendations
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system information and recruitment priorities

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience sourcing active and passive candidates
- Workday experience is a robust asset
- English and French bilingualism required; eligibility to work in Canada
