Retail human resources expertise meets recruiting and employee relations at Vast-Auto Distribution, supporting teams across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. The role works closely with management and corporate human resources.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will support management and team members across recruiting, orientation, compliance, and workforce support. You will partner with Store Operators and the Human Resources Director while maintaining alignment with policies and provincial employment laws. The position also supports reporting, training, health and safety, and labour relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with management on recruiting and hiring open positions
- Coordinate applications, preliminary interviews, orientations, and recent hire paperwork
- Support employee relations, morale, discipline,



and retention initiatives
- Manage injury reporting, claims, restrictions, and modified return-to-work coordination
- Prepare reports, coordinate training, and support HRIS administration

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Five years of human resources experience in retail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS
- Excellent communication, leadership, and employee relations skills
- Fluency in English and French
