ABOUT US
We're a full-service marketing agency helping local and service businesses get more customers through Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, SEO, social media, and websites. We're hiring experienced, motivated cold callers to speak with business owners and book qualified strategy calls for our sales team. HOW YOU GET PAID (COMMISSION ONLY)
• $20 USD for every qualified appointment you book that shows up.
• 10% commission when our sales team closes a client you booked.
• Our marketing packages range from $1,000 to $3,000 per month — meaning you earn $100 to $300 per closed client based on the first month's payment.
• No earning caps. The more appointments you book, the more you can earn. You get paid twice: once when your appointment attends, and again when it becomes a paying client. YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL Here's what you could earn with consistent performance. Example 1: 20 Attended Appointments Per Week
• 80 attended appointments per 4-week period
• $1,600 in appointment commissions
• 24 closed deals at a hypothetical 30% close rate
• $2,400–$7,200 in closing commissions

WHAT YOU'LL DO




• Make outbound cold calls to business owners in the US and Canada
• Introduce our marketing services and identify interested prospects
• Qualify prospects based on their business needs
• Book strategy calls directly into our sales team's calendar
• Track calls, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
• Follow up with interested prospects and scheduled callbacks
• Consistently work toward appointment-booking targets WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous cold calling or appointment-setting experience (B2B preferred)
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confident communication
• Comfortable handling objections and speaking with business owners
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet workspace
• Available during North American business hours (Eastern Time)
• Comfortable working on a 100% commission-based compensation structure Experience calling US or Canadian businesses is a strong advantage.
