We are seeking a Senior Service Now Release Management Consultant with extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Now configuration, and enterprise Release Management.
Hands-on experience with Service Now Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) or equivalent Release Management solutions is essential.
Solid expertise in Service Now administration, customization, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
Experience integrating Service Now with Change Management, CMDB, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Dev Ops tools, and CI/CD pipelines using APIs and integration technologies.
Proven ability to establish release governance, release calendars, planning and scheduling, risk assessments, dependency management, and deployment coordination.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM best practices, SDLC, enterprise service management, and cloud-based technology environments.
Experience assessing current-state processes, developing future-state operating models, and improving release governance and automation.
