Role Overview The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle, providing leadership, coordination, and accountability across scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Key Responsibilities




As a Project Manager at rcs, you will lead commercial construction projects for well‑known clients across Atlantic Canada, including Sobeys, Loblaw’s, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s, RBC, Scotiabank, Northwood, and Ronald Mc Donald House. Your work spans the full project lifecycle, ensuring each project is delivered with the quality, communication, and professionalism that rcs is known for.
Project Leadership and Delivery
- Lead all phases of construction projects, support site teams, maintain strong communication, and uphold quality, schedule, budget, and rcs’s Safety First & Always program.
Planning and Start‑Up
- Participate in handover meetings, lead subcontractor buyouts, review drawings and specifications, develop project schedules, and ensure accurate documentation is in Procore.
Project Administration and Financial Management
- Monitor project costs, manage change orders in Jonas, review and sign of on invoices for
