Foran Mining in Saskatchewan is seeking an HR Superintendent to join the Mc Ilvenna Bay team on a full time basis, based at the site on a 14/14 rotation.
The role reports to the HR & Payroll Manager and leads the HR Business Partner team, delivering strategic and operational HR programs, employee relations guidance, workforce planning, and leadership development while maintaining compliance and a safe, inclusive workplace.
