Lead hydropower and dams projects for WSP across Ontario or Atlantic provinces, applying multidisciplinary project management and infrastructure expertise. Occasional travel is required. As a Project Manager, you will deliver complex hydroelectric infrastructure projects supporting reliability, modernization, and resiliency. You will collaborate with design teams, market managers, utilities partners, contractors, and stakeholders. The work covers client relationships, project opportunities, and delivery across project phases.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multidisciplinary hydropower and dams projects
- Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Demonstrate leadership across project delivery activities
- Support prospect, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out phases




- Monitor project costs and schedules using Earned Value Management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering
- At least 12 years of project management experience
- Senior Reviewer experience on Hydropower and Dams projects
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary project management experience
- MS Project or Primavera P6 knowledge is an asset Bring hydropower leadership, client relationships, and complex project management experience to WSP’s Canadian power infrastructure practice.
