The Vice Principal supports the Campus Principal in maintaining academic and operational standards. This leader engages teachers, students, and parents while supervising staff, monitoring student progress, and supporting campus success. The position combines administration, teaching, personnel support, and community communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily academic and business campus operations
- Conduct staff reviews and monitor KPI compliance
- Supervise, train, and mentor teaching personnel
- Deliver weekly lessons and substitute when required
- Monitor safety, facilities, records, and parent communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university
- Math or science background preferred
- Bachelor of Education degree is an asset
- Leadership and team management capability
