Lead highway and drainage design with WSP using OpenRoads, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Project in Ontario. Work from Thunder Bay or Sudbury. As a Senior Highway Designer/Engineer, you will guide multidisciplinary transportation projects from concept through completion. The position includes strategic client advising, technical delivery, design validation, and team mentorship. You will support major Ontario infrastructure initiatives, including multi-lane freeways and advanced transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree or diploma
- 10–20+ years of highway or roadway design experience
- P. Eng or Certified Engineering Technician/Technologist designation
- Design-Build or P3 project experience
