Lead complex foundations work from Regina or Saskatoon with WSP, applying geotechnical expertise, technical direction, and market development experience across Saskatchewan. As a Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will expand WSP’s foundation engineering presence across Saskatchewan. The work combines project leadership, client relationships, business development, and mentoring. You will provide senior direction across transportation, buildings, industrial, mining, energy, and municipal projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex geotechnical and foundation engineering projects across Saskatchewan
- Develop strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Execute market growth strategies for Saskatchewan’s foundations sector




- Mentor engineers and technical professionals while building local capability
- Provide technical leadership for foundations, retention, improvement, and investigations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geological Engineering
- Qualified Engineer designation and eligibility for APEGS registration
- 15+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience
- Experience developing clients and growing consulting practices
- Expertise in foundations, settlement, bearing capacity, and investigations Bring senior geotechnical leadership, foundation design expertise, and Saskatchewan market knowledge to WSP’s growing practice.
