You will prepare estimates, keep budgets tied to the pro forma, and lead DEXEL Architecture through its Production Manager. The role supports high-rise and multi-residential projects, including two 30-storey towers and heritage restoration.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare every estimate and cost plan through final buyout
- Lead tendering, procurement, bid levelling, and trade awards
- Direct coordinated drawings for tender or construction
- Complete constructability reviews and value engineering




- Manage schedules, permits, readiness, and construction handover

Requirements:
- Ten or more years leading multi-residential preconstruction, estimating, or design delivery
- High-rise experience and self-prepared estimates on $50 million-plus projects
- Experience scoping, tendering, qualifying, and awarding trade packages
- BIM experience for coordination and quantity takeoff
