Azure data development leads CIBC’s Finance Modernization initiative, using Databricks and Python to transform financial reporting and analytics. Work arrangements combine on-site and work from home as discussed during interviews. As a Consultant, Data Developer, you will support CIBC Finance Technology within Enterprise Technology. You will solution, develop, test, and support cross-functional, multi-platform, multi-vendor SaaS and PaaS systems. Your work will involve Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, DevOps, and financial processing landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development of application systems
- Develop, test, encode, debug, and modify computer programs
- Build and orchestrate metadata-driven data pipelines




- Support implementation across finance platforms and vendors
- Coordinate requirements with stakeholders, vendors, and regulators

Requirements:
- Experience developing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Python, Spark, and SQLMI
- Experience implementing Azure Fabric solutions
- Hands-on experience with Bronze, Silver, and Gold data lake patterns
