Partner with senior leaders to advance site priorities. As Senior Director, Business Strategy and Operations, you will advise the Vice President of Operations and Site Leadership Team. The work spans strategy deployment, organizational change management, communication, digital enablement, and operational excellence. You will translate enterprise and manufacturing priorities into actionable plans, governance routines, and performance management systems.

Requirements:
