Lead nursing education at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario, using academic leadership and curriculum development expertise onsite five days weekly. Reporting to the Dean, the Associate Dean provides leadership across Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs. The position oversees teaching and learning, program reviews, current program development, faculty administration, partnerships, and student support. It advances programs through approval processes while aligning initiatives with College and Ministry guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Recommend strategic goals and objectives to the Dean
- Lead program development, approval, review, and curriculum initiatives
- Supervise teaching, learning resources, faculty, and support staff




- Chair committees and represent Nursing across College committees
- Develop partnerships with healthcare, industry, and educational institutions

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Nursing
- PhD in a related discipline preferred
- Minimum nine years of related progressive administrative experience
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration and membership
