Support Intact’s Technology and Intact Lab teams as a bilingual senior human resources consultant, advising leaders and shaping talent strategies. This is a 12-month contract or secondment opportunity. As a strategic business partner, you will assess organizational needs, anticipate impacts, and connect people with business strategy. The position requires coaching, talent management, change management, and robust relationship-building. You will advise senior leaders in a complex corporate environment while supporting transformation and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide human resources guidance, advice, and professional coaching
- Identify talent strategies supporting planning, development, and retention
- Lead projects and deploy corporate initiatives and programs
- Challenge assumptions through analysis,

Requirements:
- University degree or relevant equivalent education and experience
- Six years of senior human resources consulting or partnership experience
- CHRP or CHRL designation completed or in progress
- Knowledge across employee relations, talent, performance, and disability management
- French-English bilingualism and eligibility to work in Canada Bring strategic advising, coaching, and bilingual human resources expertise to Intact’s Technology and Intact Lab teams.
