Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
• Analyze customer and project needs to identify appropriate technology solutions, taking into account budgets and delivery times;
• Develop implementation strategies, design and document programs and applications;
• Develop software solutions and implement automated testing to ensure quality and stability;
• Install, test and implement software packages and applications;
• Ensure the smooth integration of the technical components of the solutions and solve any problems encountered;
• Interpret Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform execution logs and traces to detect errors, anomalies, and operational problems;
• Manage deployments of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform solutions between development,



test, and production environments;
• Track versions, dependencies, configurations, and credentials, as well as validations and rollback measures;
• Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet established commitments and objectives;
• Maintain and evolve software solutions while ensuring code quality and security. The profile you are looking for is as follows:
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role at the senior level;
• Experience in carrying out development projects in agile mode;
• Be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and development, test, and production environments;
• Apply software development best practices, including clean architecture, clean code, and design patterns;
• Understand cloud concepts;
• Demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an ability to question ways of doing things;
• Identify problems and blocking elements, and then propose solutions to work around them;
• Communicate effectively and popularize technical concepts to different interlocutors;
• Be organized, rigorous and manage priorities;
• Collaborate effectively within a team and demonstrate an ability to mobilize and convince;
• Work in hybrid mode with a minimum presence of two (2) days per week in the office;
• Accept a six-month term with the possibility of renewal.
