Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in payments, data analysis, transaction processing, reconciliation and data driven business insights The candidate will be responsible for analyzing payment related data defining data requirements supporting reporting initiatives and driving informed business through data analysisKey ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements related to payments data and reportingAnalyze payment transaction data to identify trends anomalies and process improvement opportunitiesPerform data mapping data profiling and data validation across multiple systemsSupport reconciliation settlement and exception management activitiesDefine reporting and dashboard requirements for business stakeholdersWork closely with data engineering business and technology teams to ensure data quality and integrityDevelop functional specifications for datacentric initiativesSupport UAT data validation and defect analysis activitiesTranslate complex payment data into actionable business insightsRequired Skills Experience8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience in enterprise environmentsStrong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle SDLC and Agile delivery methodologiesProven experience working with REST APIs API integrations JSONXML payloads and microservicesbased architecturesExperience working with large transactional datasetsStrong understanding of data mapping data lineage and data quality conceptsExperience with reporting and analytical tools Power BI Tableau or similarAbility to perform rootcause analysis of data and transaction issuesStrong documentation and stakeholder management skillsThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,000-$108,000Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
