Lead sonic drilling operations in Thunder Bay with strong safety leadership, team coaching, and technical guidance for rig crews. Boart Longyear seeks an experienced Sonic Supervisor at supervisory level. You will coordinate drilling work, support secure rig operations, and communicate program progress. The position requires sonic drilling experience, leadership ability, problem solving, and effective written and oral communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach team members through ongoing development and feedback
- Coordinate work allocation, relief coverage, and drilling plans
- Approve daily rig reports for payroll and invoicing
- Provide technical advice for effective rig operations
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions

Requirements:
- Extensive Sonic drilling experience at supervisory level
- Proven leadership ability and solid work ethic
- Ability to solve problems effectively
- First Aid, CPR, H2S, and CSO required
