As a mining mechanical leader, you will work with the General Manager, Mechanical to support field teams and maintenance operations. The work includes senior technical leadership, complex equipment troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and consistent maintenance standards. You will also contribute to client meetings and business growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support proposals, estimating, and site visits

Requirements:
- Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
- Seven-plus years supervising or managing mining operations
- Experience across surface and underground mining
- Heavy mobile mining equipment maintenance background
- Ability to travel to remote sites Bring mining leadership, equipment troubleshooting, and reliability expertise to Matrix Mechanical’s surface and underground maintenance operations.
