Lead NetSuite ERP implementations at RSM using financial systems expertise, accounting knowledge, and a hybrid workstyle aligned to client needs. As a NetSuite Implementation Consultant, you will lead ERP implementations and changes to existing systems. You will assess business and technical requirements, recommend suitable accounting systems, and improve financial processes. The work includes client coordination, testing, data integrity, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementations and changes to existing systems
- Determine requirements and facilitate best-fit software recommendations
- Establish data integrity procedures, processes, and policies
- Coordinate testing with client users and engineering teams




- Implement improvements, troubleshoot issues, and train end users

Requirements:
- Five or more years using financial applications or ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or comparable applications
- Robust analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Visio Apply financial systems, implementation, data integrity, and training expertise as a NetSuite consultant serving RSM clients.
