Lead commercial insurance sales in Edmonton with hands-on coaching and business development expertise. This full-time position works fully in office. As Sales Manager or VP of Sales, you will lead approximately 25 commercial insurance professionals. You will establish objectives, KPIs, and performance tracking. The focus includes larger commercial accounts, new business, coaching, and measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Strong commercial insurance sales experience
- Proven ability to win larger commercial accounts
- Active Level 2 General Insurance Licence required
- Previous sales leadership or management experience preferred
