Lead building envelope restoration projects with WSP across Ontario, applying technical expertise and project management to existing buildings. Toronto and Thornhill teams are available. WSP seeks an experienced Project Manager and Technical Lead for its Building Sciences team. You will guide complex restoration work across commercial, institutional, residential, and mixed-use portfolios. The position combines building science, multidisciplinary leadership, client advising, and technical quality oversight throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead condition assessments, forensic investigations, and rehabilitation projects
- Direct restoration involving masonry, concrete, roofing, and waterproofing
- Guide assessment, design, tendering, and construction review
- Advise clients on risks,



strategies, and practical recommendations
- Mentor professionals through technical reviews and field investigations

Requirements:
- Eight-plus years of Ontario building sciences experience
- Expertise assessing and restoring existing envelope systems
- Ontario Qualified Engineer license required
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
