Apply strategic thinking and quantitative analysis as a Risk Management Specialist with Metrolinx, supporting enterprise decisions across the Greater Golden Horseshoe. The Enterprise Risk Management team seeks a specialist to assess exposure, develop risk intelligence, and translate evidence into executive insights. You will work with business areas and the Enterprise Risk Manager on risk criteria, reporting, modelling, and response planning. The position supports governance across Metrolinx, including GO Transit, UP Express, and PRESTO.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve enterprise risk programs, tools, guidance, training, and coaching
- Prepare quantified reporting for senior management, the Board, and MTO
- Assess threats, opportunities, options, trade-offs, and response recommendations
- Conduct external scans and provide early-warning insights




- Develop dashboards, indicators, metrics, and repeatable analytical tools

Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Relevant strategy, consulting, enterprise risk, or analytics experience
- Robust strategic thinking, business judgment, and risk assessment knowledge
- Quantitative risk analysis, statistical, financial, or operational modelling experience
- Strong stakeholder, advisory, communication, visualization, and data management skills Bring enterprise risk, quantitative modelling, and executive communication expertise to strengthen decision-making at Metrolinx.
