As an Operations Associate, you will work directly with Legal Counsel across entity compliance, intellectual property, audits, and consumer escalations. You will own projects from start to finish while helping optimize legal processes and recurring filings. The role also includes legal research, contract reviews, product compliance, and cross-functional work with Engineering and Product.

Key Responsibilities
- Automate manual legal tasks with AI and low-code workflows
- Manage annual reports and state requests independently
- Monitor intellectual property and initiate cease-and-desist workflows




- Investigate escalations and recommend root-cause fixes
- Lead compliance audits across operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program
- Record of high academic or skilled performance
