Lead structural engineering teams in Gatineau while guiding technical delivery, client relationships, and regional growth for WSP. Work in a French-speaking environment. As Manager Structural Engineering, you will lead WSP’s Building Structures team and report to the Regional Director. The position combines team management, technical leadership, and client-facing project leadership for public and municipal clients throughout Quebec. You will oversee structural deliverables, coordinate resources, and support business development across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Gatineau Structures team
- Oversee mentoring, resource planning, and future staffing needs
- Ensure structural deliverables meet standards and client requirements




- Maintain client relationships and represent WSP strategically
- Identify opportunities and prepare professional services proposals

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Leadership experience or interest in team management
- Solid technical credibility and engineering judgment
