You will shape talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Eight years of progressive HR experience minimum Four years supporting technology or R&D; functions Experience in talent management and organizational development Solid consulting, influencing, analytical, and communication skills Support globally distributed technology teams through strategic HR advising, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement expertise.
