Lead SAP service delivery for Syntax in Canada, coordinating RUN operations, GROW initiatives, client priorities, and service quality. The Service Delivery Manager serves as the primary contact for a portfolio of AMS SAP clients. This role coordinates consultants, governance, issue resolution, reporting, budgets, and contractual commitments. It supports secure operations while delivering Change Requests and client roadmaps. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate SAP services across RUN operations and GROW initiatives Triage tickets and assign consultants to meet client timelines Lead governance meetings and review service performance Manage Change Requests through UAT delivery dates Track budgets, invoices, timesheets, and contract validity Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; Information Technology preferred At least seven years of relevant ERP experience Three years of team management experience Understanding of core SAP modules and integrations Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills Bring SAP delivery leadership, client governance, and operational coordination to Syntax’s AMS service portfolio across Canada.
