Lead WSP’s Ground Engineering team from Vancouver, combining people leadership with senior geotechnical expertise across British Columbia and Yukon. As Group Manager, you will guide operational performance, growth, and delivery excellence across infrastructure and development projects. You will support technical professionals, project teams, and business operations while strengthening client relationships and regional performance. The role reports to the Director of Ground Engineering. Key Responsibilities:

Degree in civil engineering, geological engineering, geoscience, or related discipline 10 to 15 years of geotechnical consulting experience Registration with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia Experience leading teams through coaching and development Experience with strategic planning, growth, forecasting, and budgeting Bring geotechnical expertise, team leadership, and business growth experience to WSP’s Ground Engineering practice in Western Canada.
