Oversee technical delivery across Civil and Station project portfolios Lead integrated design reviews and resolve project interfaces Identify technical hazards, design risks, and delivery anomalies Manage stakeholder engagement across program delivery groups Review Primavera P6 baseline schedules for anomalies Requirements:
