Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides visionary leadership for a registered nonprofit community organization. The mandate includes strategic planning, operational oversight, financial stewardship, community engagement, and mission delivery. The role supports education, career development, and employment services. Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline Minimum five years of senior leadership experience Success in fundraising, grant writing, and financial management Understanding of governance and Board collaboration Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check Bring leadership, financial stewardship, fundraising, and relationship-building expertise to advance The Murphy Centre’s community mission.
