Lead scientific review in Toronto with Johnson & Johnson, applying risk-based judgment and medical materials expertise across healthcare functions. This is an 18-month role. The Scientific Review Manager independently reviews and approves medical materials for Johnson & Johnson Cutting-edge Medicine and agency partners. You will interpret Health Canada, Innovative Medicines Canada, PAAB, and internal requirements while collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Health Care Compliance. The role also advances AI-enabled tools and supports medical information responses. Key Responsibilities:





Provide risk-based guidance on medical material development and approval Lead compliant reviews for healthcare professional materials Resolve complex issues using scientific judgment Advance AI-enabled tools with human oversight Develop evidence-based medical information responses Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Science required Five years’ pharmaceutical industry experience required Two to three years’ medical review experience Knowledge of Canadian pharmaceutical requirements Proficiency with Veeva Vault and Microsoft Office Apply scientific judgment, regulatory knowledge, and review expertise to medical materials at Johnson & Johnson in Toronto.
