Lead underground mining operations at Lake Shore Gold’s Timmins West Mine in Timmins, Ontario, using supervision and safety expertise on rotating shifts. This full time Underground Supervisor position reports to the Mine General Foreman. You will direct crews, deploy materials and equipment, and support daily production requirements. The work follows a 5-5-4 rotation with 12-hour shifts and requires relocation to Timmins. Key Responsibilities:

Direct day-to-day underground operations and supervise assigned crews Assign shift work to meet production targets Deploy materials and equipment for safe production Inspect work and request corrective actions Manage employee performance, training, and scheduling Requirements:
